XAnge was first launched in 2003 as a unique European venture capital firm focused on digital connectivity and sponsored by La Poste Group. Further significant investors include leading corporates - Alten (technological partner), Deloitte, Laser-Cofinoga (Galeries Lafayette Group/BNPP) and Neopost - as well as institutional investors such as Allianz France, GMF, CDC and CNP.
In 2004, XAnge took over ABN AMRO France's venture activity and founded XAnge Private Equity, with La Banque Postale as main shareholder.
XAnge runs its German activities from the Munich office and benefits from a strategic partnership with DVC, Deutsche Bank Group.
XAnge is an active minority investor who is currently managing a portfolio of 65 companies.
XAnge is regulated by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and the German Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin).
