Management team
The management team consists of five experienced growth capital and buyout investors who combine legal, financial and entrepreneurial skills.
The team works alongside the chief executives of the portfolio companies, especially at key moments in the companies’ development (establishing business relationships, organic growth and acquisitions, financial structuring, initial public offerings, buyouts, etc.). The team focuses on contributing added-value without ever interfering in the company’s day-to-day management. The responsive, available and dynamic management team plays an active role in researching proposed investment opportunities; it offers its expertise and energy throughout all stages of a transaction. Finally, it becomes actively involved in its investments.
