Investment policy

Following a multi-sector approach, the management team acquires minority interests in unlisted companies that meet the eligibility requirements for innovative companies.

XAnge focuses on transactions in which it can play a lead role and is an active investor, in order to maximize the value of the funds raised.

The management team is careful to maintain a good balance between very young companies and those that have several years of operations and are nearly ready for an IPO or a trade sale.

Development stages : from seed to technology growth capital

Business sectors : Innovation in the broadest sense (FCPI innovation fund criteria), focusing on sectors where XAnge has developed truly specialized expertise:

IT & Telecoms;
Ecotechnologies: environmental protection and renewable energies;
Internet and e-business;
Electronics and materials;
Life sciences: services, medical equipment, etc.

Geographic region : European Union

Scale of investments : €0.5 million to €5 million

Investment period : 3 to 7 years
